Always. Before the first walk we meet at your home so your dog and I get acquainted, and you can show me leashes, treats, and any house rules.

Are you insured and reliable?+
I treat this like a real business, not a side hustle. I show up on time, follow your instructions to the letter, and keep clear records of every booking.
What's your cancellation policy?+
Life happens — just give me as much notice as you can. Same-day cancellations are free for occasional clients; weekly package clients get extra flexibility.
